Candice Hunter Corby is the Chief Executive Officer, President and one of two female board members of Cobra Legal Solutions, LLC. (Cobra) Candice is based in Austin, TX where she leads an incredible staff of legal experts and technologists to help corporate legal departments and law firms manage their information management needs consistently and cost-effectively. As CEO Candice is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing all facets of global business operations. Under her tenure the company has pioneered their technology services solution, CobraPulse™, an interactive dashboard providing real-time performance metrics on all aspects of service delivery. This has resulted in increased productivity and client satisfaction.
Recently, Ms. Corby was named one of the Top 10 Female CEO's of 2016 by dotCEO. She is a frequent speaker and mentor, having been interviewed by the Harvard Business School Executive MBA program on "How Key Women Succeed", moderated panel discussions at The University of Texas McCombs Executive MBA Program on "Championing Women in the Workplace" and participated on a panel for the Four Seasons Hotel – Austin's program on "Women in Leadership." Additionally, the Austin Business Journal recently recognized her as a 2015 Profiles in Power – Women of Influence in Central Texas finalist. Candice has been featured in numerous media outlets including: Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Star Telegram, Dailycandy.com, India Express, West Publications, KTVT 11, Ellevate Network, dotCEO, Austin Business Journal and Profile Magazine.
Candice is an advocate for the arts, eradicating homelessness, health, women's initiatives and diversity. To that end she serves on the boards of Zach Theatre, Austin Opera, University of Texas at Austin, Butler School of Music Directors' Council and was Co-Chair of the "I Am Waters Supermodel Luncheon" (hydrating the homeless).
Candice received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a certified public accountant. She in an avid runner, completing her first full marathon in Austin on February 14, 2016. She also enjoys travel, skiing, wine & cheese and spending time with her husband, Ken and furry child, Tiberius.
Lee HolcombChief Operating Officer

Lee Holcomb is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cobra Legal Solutions. Lee has been with Cobra since 2010 when she started working with the team in Chennai, India. She is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist, is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1, and The Tennessee Bar Association. Lee is committed to providing every client with the most cost effective and leading-edge solution in this rapidly developing area. In order to do so, Lee is focused on providing case and client-specific advice about eDiscovery methods and best practices for each individual matter. Lee draws on her experience in the eDiscovery LPO industry to assist each client with developing strategies for efficient and effective, review and production, and implementing cost-shifting and cost reduction strategies throughout the eDiscovery process. She spent two years living and working with the Cobra attorneys in Chennai, India. Before joining Cobra Legal Solutions, Lee was a Member with the law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan PLLC in the Knoxville, Tennessee office. Lee concentrated her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. As a litigator with over a decade of experience representing businesses and individuals, Lee handled various types of cases including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury and death cases. She has extensive experience defending cases at trial and during appellate arguments. She has also worked on mass tort litigation including document production for diet drug litigation and has represented a large government contractor in cases involving multiple exposure claims. Lee graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and has a J.D. degree from the University of Memphis
Sakthivel VenkatramanManaging Director - Operations
Sakthivel Venkatraman, as Managing Director of Operations, India, is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and support services of Cobra in India. He was formerly the Director of the Legal and Transaction processing unit of OfficeTiger, a large professional outsourcing company in India. Sakthi oversaw the department since its inception and was responsible for building and managing a team of 500 over four years. Prior to OfficeTiger, Sakthi worked at NIIT, one of India's leading software training companies, and at Tata Consultancy Services. Sakthi is experienced in a number of areas, including operations management, client relationship, and corporate sales account management, implementation of service deliverables, and creation and oversight of quality control processes. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Rising Star Outreach of India. He is a graduate in science from the University of Madras, with masters’ degree in business administration(SSM) and business law from NLSIU. He is recognized and certified by the Forum of Free Enterprise (FFE) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Sakthi is a regular speaker at various outsourcing conferences and prestigious universities that includes Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM) and JSN School of Management.
